Very average property with Amenities and poor cleanses . Breakfast was also very below average ........!

The front portion of the hotel is well maintained, but as you enter, the hotel ambience is totally different. This is a average hotel. Rooms are old and bedsheet, etc. Are not maintained properly. Services are fast, but think twice before order. One should not choose complimentary breakfast as there is only one or two choice. I left breakfast and ask for toast and butter and tea. With compare to novanta, ginger, etc, it is very poor. Rate is high with respect to ambience and facilities. Never take room no. 109 as its window in petrol pump, hence very noisy.
