Room looked gloomy dark terrible

I booked this hotel but by seeing the property I came out. There is no lift also for rooms and every time we have to walk 3 floors. Very bad selection of hotels.

Stay was nice, room was also nice the behavior of staff was nice. The only problem was with washroom. Otherwise overall good.

I stay again this hotel I think its very good hotel

Its the worst experience we ever faced. Rooms were stinking, cockroaches are there, even its hard to check in there. So preferred to move to another place.

Rooms are infested with cockroach bathroom jet broken, crockery poor quality, no breakfast, paid tea horrible. Staff behaviour okay.

Nothing in the hotel known as service No staff No intercom in rooms They just have parking But there are no restaurants nearby and also the staff doesn't care if you have asked for something and get back on time

Will never check in such a rubbish hotel. Everything shown on net is not in reality. Make my trip should send a represntative to check what all type of services are this hotels are providing and than rate accordingly. Its spoiling the name of make my trip.

The rooms are not clean. We had to. Ask them to clean the room. There were cockroaches in the room, we made them spray. Room was not dusted properly. Bed sheet, pillow cover were not clean. Towels were bad. Avoid this Hotel. We stayed here only because this was close to Fortis hospital

The room was very untidy staff was unaware of the booking. Washroom was pathetic. Room was unmanageable. Staff service was very poor. Hotel was not easy to locate. Will not come to this hotel ever again. The beds were very dirty. Floor was full of dust no cleaning at all. I would not suggest it to anyone and make my trip should not have tie up with such hotels. I would want my money back

Good for staying with family especially Room no 201 allotted for us through Make My Trip. Attendants are obedient and cordial. Room service for food is available. The environment is congenial. Environment is very hygienic. AC should be updated. I will visit again.

The room is very clean and location is very good and they provide very good. The breakfast is also very delicious. The hospitality is also good thanks to make my trip for given me a special offer on that room

Had booked for a day. Good staff and food. Enjoyed a lot. Wanted a hotel near stadium and got the exact location. The hotel staff brought food to room and hotel was clean Any body looking for one day business trip to Mohali can book. .

1. At first glance, the hotel room appears to be fine. 2. But after watching closely, everything in the room was covered with fine dust. 3. Then, my worst fear came true. Small cockroaches started coming out. Even at night, at least I saw 2 cockroaches coming out from back of bed. 4. Initially, when I asked the hotel staff about their restaurant menu, he handed me a menu of local dhaba 'RAJU CHACHA' S DHABA'. He told me their restaurant has been closed permanently.

It was a very beautiful stay at this place. Room is very neat and clean and all staff is very co-operative. Very beautiful view from the room. All the facilities are given which are written even more than that.

All cons no pros:- 1) Very dirty room. 2) Dirty linen, bedsheet and pillow covers. They even not bothered to clean it before check in by next person. 3) Rom was dusty and everything was untidy. 4) Flush not working. 5) No proper blanket in this extreme cold condition. Very thin blanket provided. I shivered whole night. 6) No breakfast arrangement. 7) Had a blower and that also staff asked to give them back so that they can use it. Very shameful. Is this a hotel? Not worth to be called as a hotel.

The TV was not working. There were no snacks to order. The room was not up to the mark. The geyser was not working. It was not worth the rate. Even after several complaints the television fault was not rectified.

Room was neat and clean and staff is very cooperative. Food is very delicious. Location is very easy to access and very beautiful view. There are so many places to visit nearby and I give full points.

Awesome experience. The location on Kenmore Street was perfect for getting around, especially Soho / Little Italy - subway close by, as well as plenty of great coffee shops - and of course great stores too. The staff in the hotel were very welcoming, and the rooms were furnished how you would expect from a boutique / contemporary hotel. Bathroom / Shower brilliant, great toiletries, really comfortable bed, and no outside noise, which was a great bonus! Breakfast was divine with so much choice, and great service too.

Those who want overnight stay and have early morning flight can avail the hospitality of this hotel. It's nice and also have good location near PCA stadium therefore I recommend the same for business traveller.
