Review Of MK Arcade

The stay was good with clean room,hotel located in city overall nice stay, you can easily locate the hotel.

1. The hotel when i was booking showed, it's a 3 star hotel. But i did not get towel, proper blankets. 2. I had booked triple bed room, with an extra mattress for 4 adults. But, night when i asked for matress, manegement did not provide me the extra mattress they had promised me. 3. I asked for extension of room for 2 hours, and the manager is saying he has other bookings. I had been there from 3pm to next day 2pm, and i had not seen any other vehicle other than mine in the parking. Even if there's no booking, the manager says all rooms are booked. But the same manager says, he can provide room for 1 day extra, but not for 3 hours. It doesn't make sense. That too he's asking for 2. 8k. 4. Not satisfied by the mk arcade. But satisfied with makemytrip.

Mk arcade hotel dont have a power backup, parking. Have to park car on the road side not have a service to serve water and etc. Tv there but not functional. Positive side hotel placed on center of all tourist places around chikmagalur

They didn't have room which we had booked. He was telling stories that it's mm t fault and they hadn't shown any booking. And the owner was very rude and careless with his conversation and asked his manager to just throw us out. Only after we got angry then he agreed to give some suit room, which was the only room empty at that time. They also asked us to pay extra for suit room for which we didn't agree. Over all it was a pathetic experience to start out holiday trip

No parking was provided asked me to park vechicle on road which was quite risky as it was a brand new car

A very clean, spacious hotel with courteous staffs. Rooms are having the extra single bed set up that eeally helps a family size of 4. An overall experience is considered as nice and comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay at MK Arcade and staff was really good and polite 👍.

Kind of shady staff will be trying to interact more with female guests and will entertain inlay requests made by female guests.

Stay was very good and rooms were very spacious too. Bathroom were clean and lift facility was also there. It's 1. 6 kms from ksrtc bus stop.

The mk orked hotel was good location and also near to bus stand. Very good property to staying here. At the stoff was very good response. And it was softy place to stay here. Totally good hotel.

Hotel was asking to pay more saying you have booked semi deluxe room but all are full and only deluxe rooms are available and you need to pay 1000 more per room per night to stay. It took some heated discussion and call to mmt to get this resolved but this was a very bad experience for us. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel Mk Arcade is recently renovated. Rooms are clean, spacious for 2 people. Elevator is working properly. They don't have restaurant (previously available). Unfortunately none of the restaurant in Chikmagalur is that good.
