Very use full good reception good service happy with all aspects

Indecent behavior of staff. Bad smell from bathroom. A/c not working properly

It was a great stay in miracle residency. Room was neat and clean. Beautiful scenary from the window.

Well maintained rooms and friendly staff. Reached very early than official check-in time, but still we were allocated fully cleaned room. No questions asked.

We had a great stay at the hotel, due to holiday season the staff were limited but the care taker sarita took care of the needs very timely and she was extremely helpful, very neat and clean and spacious rooms with clean bed linens and comfortable mattress, bath rooms were extremely clean and spacious, we had a great stay.

I would recommend this place for someone who wanted to take a break after a long ride on nh 544(kochi-salem highway. One con would be the absence of restaurant in this place. But if you could walk 100 meters you could find some fine dine both vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants. Place is wheelchair accessible. We went as a couple and the service were good. I wouldn’t say the bathrooms are top notch, but they are good.
