This hotel is blatantly misrepresenting its location on MakeMyTrip. They show the property in the center of Narkanda, but once you reach the coordinates provided on MMT, they contact you personally to inform you that the actual hotel is 17 km away from Narkanda and 22 km from Hatu Peak. This is nothing short of deceptive. If you're not traveling in your own vehicle, accessibility is a nightmare. Taxi charges are exorbitant — you'll end up paying nearly as much for transport as you do for your room. This is unacceptable and should be clearly disclosed upfront. When we finally arrived, we were given a room located directly under the walking attic, which made it extremely noisy, uncomfortable, and poorly ventilated. Only after complaining were we moved to a better room. The hotel MUST update its true coordinates on MakeMyTrip and stop misleading people by falsely claiming to be located in Narkanda. That said, the property itself is beautiful and peaceful — but none of that justifies the dishonesty around its location.

Meena Bagh Ratnari is a tranquil retreat that feels like a well-kept secret. The food, especially the Pahadi chicken and traditional Siddu, were a treat for the taste buds. The staff’s warmth was palpable, with Rohit going above and beyond, his attentiveness rivaled that of the most doting grandmother. The serene ambiance, punctuated only by nature’s whispers, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The presence of Beswa (the doggo), Rani (the sheep), a few rabbits, and ducks—added a charming touch to the property. Embarking on my first solo journey, I was tucked in comfort and care, making every moment of my stay truly delightful.

Meenabagh is a luxurious place located at a beautiful place. It has got recognition from many travel magazines and every word written about it is accurate. There is attention to detail in every corner of the property & and lively environment because of the amazing staff and variety of animals that live at the place which is surrounded by huge apple orchard. Cleanliness of the place was admirable and the walls made of wood, stone & sand gives the warmth of a home built with love and dedication. The food prepared by the chef was delicious and healthy. My overall stay was memorable and i would love to visit here again.

In a very prime location in shimla with markets, cafes and parking nearby ! host was excellent and helpful at every stage from receiving us, to the luggage drop at checkout ! power cuts did happen during our stay, but inverters took care of basic lighting and ventilation

It's a good 3 hours away from Shimla, located in a peaceful orchard. Animal-friendly place. The owner has taken so much care to design and decorate the homestay and it was amazing. Please note that the log cabins get a lot of sunlight in the mornings so you can't really sleep in. Early to sleep and early to rise concept. Amazing home-cooked kind of meals. A wonderful place to just get away from it all.

The location was simply reachable, the room was very spacious and the mountain view from the room was not so great. The caretaker was very helpful and supportive, I have received all the conveniences and the property was very clean and safe. It is a recommendable property.
