First of all, the route from main road to the villa is very risky, the road is narrow and in a very poor condition which makes it dangerous for bigger suv, secondly the food quality is just average, there are 2 villas and both of them are managed by only 1 person so its natural that you get delayed services, the quilts and blankets were stinking of sweat, not sure if they are cleaned after every visitor, the property is beautiful but my expectations were not met in terms of service given in comparison to the amount we paid.

Regarding the road conditions, we would like to clarify that the route has significantly improved recently, and we have received positive feedback from other travelers who have not faced any difficulties accessing the property. We would also like to mention that we always make it a point to clean and change beddings and quilts daily, including on check-in and check-out days. We humbly request our guests to allow us to do this during their stay to ensure the highest level of comfort. However, if guests prefer not to have their beddings changed during the stay, we can only change them after checkout. familyThe stay in this villa gave us the right start of our trip. The place is serene and relaxing. I’d recommend everyone to stay here at least once in their lifetime. The added bonus was having goutamji here who took relentless care of every need of 3 tired souls. He is also a great cook. We plan to go back to this place again.

groupThe stay was really great. Loved the property & the hospitality. Our caretaker, gautam ji, was very polite and helpful. He took care of our needs & was promptly available even on whatsapp. The food was really good quality too. Property is located in an isolated area so you will definitely enjoy the quite & peace.

The property was good. The communication and services were good. But food was terrible. Veg and non-veg being cooked in one small kitchen. Ok even if i ignore this fact then also food wasn’t good & even the quality of food that had to leave it as it is & eat the snacks and sleep.

familyThe villa is just as seen in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The view of snow clad himalayas from the first floor balcony and bedroom of ad-am 's villa is mesmerizing. The food is also very tasty and reasonably priced for its quantity.
