Tv not working, shop tawel shampo not available in bathroom, blanket is so dirty

Washroom
No sprayer was there in the washroom and flush was not working.
No sanitization, no tempreture check

Dear sir thanks for your review, as per your concern i would like to assure you that entire hotel is sanitized multiple times in a day, and temperature check is performed for every staff, we strictly adhere to corona guidelines. Also we apologies for in convenience due to flush not working.

Poor experience
Poor rooms and bathroom, also old model TV and tea not available before 8 am and higher cost for poor rooms.
