The flat itself was quite good and spacious, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Despite asking multiple times, no linens were provided throughout our stay.
Initially, the flat we were given had a broken door lock. When we informed the landlord, he casually suggested leaving it as it was — which is unacceptable from a safety point of view. Only after several conversations did he finally agree to change our flat.
There was also no provision to dry clothes, even though the balcony was large. A simple drying rack or wire would have helped a lot.
The caretaker was another major issue — he was unresponsive and careless. The rooms were never cleaned properly even after repeated requests. The flat didn’t feel fresh; the floors and tables were dirty, and even the water bottles weren’t washed.
Overall, while the flat is decent in terms of space and structure, the management seriously needs to improve their service quality and cleanliness standards. A lot of effort is required to make the experience comfortable for guests.
