The hotel is very elegant... when we reached the place all tired from our travels, the hot food made us feel at home. Especially the hospitality shown by pavan and his team at lotus cafe impressed us. Very well planned according to tirupati darshan timings. They have changing rooms and showers which is very practical and helpful. Great place

It was a comfortable stay. Location is extremely good. I am happy with the Facility and safety. Front desk especially two girls very very good. I feel you can make the breakfast structure slightly better. Overall it's an enjoyable experience.

Our stay was not satisfactory as promised early check-in for our mandir darshan was not provided. We had booked 2 rooms, but on arrival, not even a single room was given initially. All the elderly ladies in our group had to wait, which was very inconvenient. This was disappointing as we had specifically requested early check-in for this reason.

Hai My stay at marasa sarovar is very disastisfying,no proper food,or facilities . It's disgusting We placed order for soup,horrible time delay,none responds, Once soup comes after lot of begging it's cold and stale smell. Further the dish we ordered is also not good at Krishna restaurant. Truly horrible .no slippers for washroom,date expired products in washrooms, Tvs of inferior stuff,remotes are bad ,don't function,and its sad

I absolutely loved my experience at the hotel . The property as well as the staff is so wonderful. They actually know the meaning of hospitality. The food was great too !
