When we checked in ,The room was not so clean and there was strands of hair and we had to call housekeeping and there was no Internet TV in a 5 star hotel. The TV has too many issues like the colour was not visible properly The restaurant service was too slow. The room was very spacious and a cot was delivered instead of a mattress which we liked it

Hotel is in a great location, near the highway and close to temples. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is very prompt. Food is great.

The property is not upto five star standards, may be three star. It's overpriced, rooms are old though clean. The restaurant is average at the best. I ordered room service and food was okay. Overall not a five star experience.

We stayed here for 3N/4D ...booked deluxe room ..Thanks to Mr.Bhaskar at front office , he upgraded our booking to club room ...Room service and staff is very good ..special thanks to Sugreev and Yasin at Zodiac restaurant for the prompt service ..breakfast is as usual fantastic at Zodiac Restaurant...but the biggest let down is lunch & dinner at Zodiac and Rainbow restaurant..really they need to work on South Indian and North Indian Thali @ Rainbow restaurant..Thali is below average ..even the buffet dinner at Zodiac restaurant is much much below average ..it’s not at all worth ..my advice / suggestion , stay at Fortune and have good breaks fast at Zodiac but for lunch and dinner look out for another place ..over all decent experience here ..

Food Was Excellent like any other ITC hotel. We were a family of 4 and tried North and South Indian Thalli for Lunch and for Dinner had some very nice Soup. The Rooms were simple but maintained very clean and had a good view.

Location is very near to highway, it’s easy to reach from airport and very near to ammavari temple. The food provided by the hotel is fantastic and separate division for each sector like bar and restaurant and coffee shops.Facilities in the premises and staff of the hotel is equally to five star range
