Sri koustubham residency name got changed as Gandasala inn. Management of the property is changed .we find it difficult in reaching the place as the name has got changed . It is GANDASALA INN now. Initially we faced problem due to change of management and they have not updated the details. The receptionist Mr.Giri contacted the owner of the property and we got allotment of room only after 2 hours of waiting. During our stay Mr.Giri and other staffs are very cooperative. You can mention land mark of this property as pk layout adjacent to pradatp theatre. Somewhat good for middle class family . Rly station bus stand and veg.hotels are with in 1km radious.

The room was in extremely bad condition. The walls looked like they were painted 100 years ago. They had black spots everywhere. The worst is some couples who stayed there had actually painted a heart on the wall with their names in it. The ceiling actually had a broken pop. The staff was extremely rude and insensitive. I requested them myself to clean the room which they just forgot. And gave a reason the room boy was drunk and was unable to walk so he did not do it. That's just wow. So please save yourself some frustrations by skipping this one. Ohhh and the most important one which I forgot. These guys take the bookings by sri koustubham residency and when you go there you see the hotel name is changed to sri brindavanam sai srinivasam residency. I am sure MakeMyTrip is not aware.
