Worst experience
Worst experience. I booked looking at 4 star review and 4 star hotel on 27Oct2025. Stayed in room 406. Not even worth 2 stars. WiFi speed is 3Mbps. It took 3 attempts to connect. Wash basin leaks. Entire corridor hall way has cigarette smell. Property is very very old. Lift was very old. Bathroom fittings are very old. Air ventilation system was making lot of noise. When I called they said water bottle is on MRP. When they got bill it said 5 percent GST i.e Re 1 on Rs 20. This is insane. Only good thing is staff was courteous. They carry your luggage to room.

Poor Stay
I have stayed here earlier also but this time the services have deteriorated like anything. The rooms are not tidy and they stink. They fail to provide warm water in the morning. There are current cut offs. The food quality has also fallen. I was really disappointed by the services this time.

A dated property
familyKinda old and haggard place really, good i only had to stay a night. I reached the hotel late, freshened up, had dinner, went to sleep, had early b’fast and left. It isn’t really worth anything more.

soloConvenient location. Neat and clean rooms. Only problem was the vegetarian food on offer. Staff were helpful and polite.

location is awesome,walking distance from the fort area, great rooms for family and couple. All basic room services were good.
