The hotel was average as it was in the outskirts with limited cab - market facilities. There was no facility for proper breakfast & maintenance of hotel was average.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel JS Regency, Jodhpur, booked from 27th to 28th December 2024. My experience at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous. The property was in a deplorable condition, with: • Structural Issues: The building was riddled with cracks, the stairs were broken, and the elevator was non-functional. • Unsanitary Conditions: The rooms had a foul odor, and the beddings were visibly dirty. Despite requesting clean linens, none were available. • Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no running water in the bathroom/toilet. • Inadequate Food Services: The hotel restaurant was not operational, and the staff resorted to ordering food from outside for guests. • Poor Service: When I requested hot water in the morning, the staff member brought only a bucket of water with an immersion rod, expecting me to heat the water myself. These issues caused me significant mental distress and disrupted my entire trip. It is unacceptable I request that you take immediate action against Hotel JS Regency and remove it from listings to prevent other travelers from suffering similar experiences. I also request a full refund for my stay. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Hotel conditions where pathetically rundown, rooms where not clean, bed sheets were used had stains on it, toilet seats were stained there was no a/c working in the rooms and lifts were out of service too.

I would like to write a hotel review based on the provided points: my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Firstly, the food services were not available, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the lighting in the room was not properly functioning, making it difficult to see clearly. The condition of the bed was subpar, as it was dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom towel provided was also dirty and appeared to have not been washed in ages. Furthermore, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as bathroom soap and hand wash cleaner. The tv in the room was not in working condition, depriving me of any entertainment during my stay. Lastly, the sofa in the room was in poor condition, which was quite uncomfortable. Considering all of these issues, i would rate this hotel 2 out of 5. The lack of food services, inadequate lighting, unclean bedding and towels, absence of bathroom essentials, malfunctioning tv, and deteriorating sofa greatly impacted my overall experience

The staff was bverysupprtive, we reached hotel at late night around 3 am and they helped us with the food at that hour too

Hotel is 10 km far from jodpur. Hotel is near petrol pump and school. People should not depend on ola. They barge n a lot in jodpur

No service fast no ac cool. No managment. And no clean bath.

Inspite of being from Oyo group, the hotel was very good. Rooms were spacious and modern looking, specially the bathroom area. We had opted for deluxe room as we were two adults and two kids. Bed size was sufficient for all to sleep well. In-house restaurant is also good and pricing is decent. Overall a good place to stay. Only con, it is little far away from the fort area, but if one is traveling with a car, then no issues as Jodhpur traffic is very less.

I asked The staff couple of times why my room television is not working but they could not fix it that was The problem I faced

Room was good, but there was not a service at all. At The time of check-in, there was no person to send our luggage to our room, we have to himself find our room, no room service boy attend us. We himself carry our luggage, room service also poor. After several reminders they send mineral water and soap and shampoo, at The time of breakfast, they serve us cold Aku paratha with average test. It was just ok because we have to check out same day

I have booked this hotel for three adults but MMT booked two adults and one child, I have paid extra money to hotel. Room service is poor and provide orders after so many reminders. Worst experience I have.

Hotel is clean, but the bath diverter was broken, no toiletries and too many communication mishaps make the stay not so pleasant. Location is in a bit of a deserted place.
