The hotel owner has mislead its customers. The location mentioned on the platform is incorrect. The actual location is 1. 5hrs away from the location mentioned. The images are misleading as well.

Sorry to tell this stay is very bad and the host is not at all friendly or professional. Rooms are not maintained properly, not cleaned. My best recommendation for mmt to remove this property from your list.

Property is pretty isolated, getting food can be troublesome. Also it was infested with bugs

Never use this property and pay in advance. You will lose the money as well as cannot reach the place safely they are cheaters especially if you are traveling with family and kids it’s not safe at all

Host was super cool and he assists what to see and where to go. Next time we will prefer the same home stay isolated and inside the forest with a great hospitality.

It’s a good place for people who are wanting to escape from the city life and chill for a while

The pics in make my trip were different and what we were given was different. The rooms are clean but there are two different properties of this guest and he shuffles between them to arrange food and other things. And it's very difficult to find the property as its interior of coffee estates. It's very far from the tourist attractions and no point in staying away from two main attractions of chikmagalur

Host did not attent the calls since we booked due to signal issues it seems first of all. On top location was not provided properly we were lost on the road for 2 hours apt night 10 :30 pitch darkness no much fuel to go back to chigmaglur no petrol bunk, phone charging was on verge, a kid in the vehicle ; out of many trespassers, a random guy passing by was stopped and luckily that was our host and we were safe or else cannot even imagine what would have happened in pitch darkness. Location was awesome, private waterfall was amazing, though. Overall. Have been to many homestays but this was eerie experience
