It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there in zak. Location is very beautiful, hill view and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience i would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Service was poor for the price they charged. Fee charged are higher compare to service they provide. Not recommended

Simple yet great stay, should have own vehicle to reach as this is around 2km from city centre. Rest good

Wash room there is no hanger to put towel and also room lights were dim. Towels given us not in good condition. Over all its not a great choice for family travelers. Room was stinking.

Kitchen not shared not allowing cooking in the kitchen. Rooms are small, painting vanished and dirty, caretakers are not responding

Terrible pricing of rooms. Rooms are very congusted. The owner is charging extra 500rs for camp fire even when it's included in the package. Only care taker's are good. For this price i would suggest anyone can go for a hotel in 500rs less then here as there is no amenities provided as value for money even the wifi is very slow.

I enjoyed staying this place. Location is pleasant, close to the nature. Service by sagar is very good. Morning breakfast provided by them- chapati and fried potato, is also very nice. Overall, it's very nice stay for us. Recommended for all kinds of travellers in chukimagalur.

Awesome stay near hills, view is good, neat and clean rooms, linens. All tourist places are nearby only, food you can order by zomato etc or caretaker will arrange food. Parking facility available, overall it's a value for money stay.

Funny story, we reached the location of the homestay but could not find it. So i called up the contact details provided, and guess what. I was just outside the homestay. So, the location is accurate.

Excellent room and location for family and for couples

The cleanliness of room, bathroom, bed, linen was terrible. It was looking like they have given used bedsheets. The worst part was washroom, it wasn't cleaned in near future.

Stay was good. Bathroom was clean. Friend staff. Fully functional kitchen set up was an added advantage. Bed linens were not that great but manageable.

The property is at great location surrounded by lush greet plantation and green fields. Food is not available but you can use the kitchen. The sit out is the major attraction for the place, you would love to sit there than staying inside. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well maintained.

It is near to mullayanagiri peak and a very decent budget friendly home stay

The host was great, the rooms & toilet are good the common balcony was great the view was superb.
