Poor Stay

We had booked the peak view homestay but in the last minute the owner of the resort told that all the rooms are full but still they don't know how our booking has happened Then after calling , they have arranged the other stay of same resort owner and the amount paid was same. But that resort was not worth It was not having good beds, cleaned toilets etc. So it was a horrible stay. So we request you to please make sure whichever customers are booking should be provided for them.
