I had an extremely disappointing experience at this estate. While the location was good, the service and overall hospitality were severely lacking. Upon arrival at 5:15 pm, I realized that we were expected to pre-request coffee when booking—something we were not informed about. There was no food available at the property, and the only option we were offered was bread. Thankfully, we had brought some dry fruits and refrigerated bread with jam as we were left with no other option. To watch TV, I had to personally recharge a ₹200 account, and when it came to basic requests, the staff member (who appeared to be the only one present) had to repeatedly call the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful and seemed irritated, even telling her to just ask us to leave after a single night. There was also a serious issue with the water quality, which I’ve attached a photo of. The lack of preparation and awareness regarding our stay was evident—they didn’t even know we were coming that day. We went to bed hungry and uncomfortable, and honestly, just wanted to leave first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this place unless they drastically improve their communication, amenities, and guest care. A place that should have been relaxing turned out to be a nightmare.
