Food is good, but rooms are not up to expectations and hard to get room service and frequent power cut made experience worse

Good infrastructure, need to improve management.

Hotel service is very slow, food quality average.

We reached hotel at 12:15 and got the check-in around 1PM. No food menu nor intercome was available to order food. We approached front desk and they gave hotel card in which Mobile number was there on which we have to call and order lunch. Very limited food variety. Our booking include breakfast which is only and only chole-puri and tea/coffee. Property need renovation and staff need to get trained.

Rome good with AC, nice place to enjoye weekend, very big swimming pool with music system, big game zone, nice place to enjoye with family and group, peoperty is too big. Visit special on festival.
