Review Of Malabar Heritage

The experience was amazing at the Malabar heritage , The staff was very well mannered, food was also very good, any North Indian can go and eat without any worry :).

All good in Food Rooms and Staff behaviour. Rooms are neat and clean and surroundings of the hotel are quiet happening

The location is good and so is the service and the food. We had booked a deluxe room and unfortunately, the room was located on the first floor and away from the main building. We were unaware of this, when booking. Due to the incessant rains, climbing the stairs was a dangerous exercise, especially since we are senior citizens. Had I known this, I would have booked another room.

It was a wonderful stay, clean and good food. However you have to wait more than 25 minutes for a normal fruitjuice.

Very good pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Calm and quite surroundings. Food is average. Complimentary breakfast has minimal options.

Food options in breakfast are very limited. Room was not at all up to the mark. Already registered a complaint

Property is good, but rooms re not prepared properly. In 1 room walls were peeling and in another ac was not working. I had to switch room twice and was finally settled with a lower order room than what i booked.

Good location. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. Special mention of Mr.Prashant. He was very considerate and helpful to guests. Thank you. Food and restaurants service is below average. (may be off season). But billed price and menu published price vary. No justification to such variations. I paid up to avoid unpleasantaries.

Average quality room. Entrance to the rooms from the lobby is congested and spelling bad. Bathroom has no exhaust fan. Since there are not much choices in Manjeri, this may be the best available. Food is tasty.

The Hotel is located very near to the Manjeri Town Centre and hence is accessible very easily for those having any work there. The Hotel However claims to be a 4 star property and are priced to justify that. The only reason why they have made it a 4 star property is because they wanted to have a Bar. It appears that the same had also created further complications, and the road to the Hotel had to be made in to a zig zag to meet distance requirements. When I visited, the Bar had gone, due to the policy of the Kerala Government. They are now going to open it from July they claim. There are hardly 6-8 rooms in the Hotel, and the entire place is very cluttered. Narrow stairway - no lift of course. The corridors are narrow. I was the only soul in the place. The restaurant was just OK. Nothing extra ordinary. For that the price is not justified is what I feel. But, I wonder if one can find another better place so near to Manjeri City Centre. The place is clean. Room spacious and cosy. Toilet fair and well maintained. No facilities other than room for those who stay. If you are with family, I wonder how it would be after July, 2017, once the bars open.

The room was over priced & small. I had a suite room. AC remote didn't work well. Wi-Fi connection wasn't good. Reception didn't answer the phone. Very basic breakfast. Staff was very polite & pleasant. Laundry rates high.

Close to heart of town but not on any heavy traffic road of Manjeri, calm atmosphere, very hospitable staff members, good facilities, Food is good. Safe locker, WiFi, pub everything is fine. On the booked day people inquired the time of check in and whether a pick up is required. We felt it very comfortable

Rooms are large and spacious. Staff are very friendly. Food tastes good. Pure traditional architecture and ambience. Parking is also good. Free WiFi. Special thanks to the general manager. Everyone goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable.

Amazing experience. Very well maintained rooms with very friendly care takers and receptionists. Makes you feel at home. Highly recommend to all who are looking for rooms at Manjeri or in around Malappuram.
