found the place through make my trip. The stay was amazing, it had a sofa and a tv that could be rotated to watch either from sofa or from the bed. There is also a microwave, induction stove with utensils to use in case you want to cook something. Nice place for a couple to stay.
Excellent Stay
The property is too good. The staff are so good, easy check in, calm and cool location. Very near to main road as well as metro. The main thing is the maintenance of the property is very very hygienic and good. Rooms are very well spaced and the the ambience is soo good.

We do not provide **packed water bottles**, as we use **ARO purified drinking water** in all rooms. **Green tea and coffee bags** are available, which is also mentioned on our website. Regarding the **hair dryer**, it was **placed in your room at the time of check-in**, and it was not found while your check out time ,we had a **discussion about it during your stay**. We even **left it for your use** to ensure your comfort. We truly tried our best to make your stay pleasant and are sorry to see a 3-star rating despite our efforts. my checkin was seamless. property is centrally located at a walkable distance from prakashnagar metro. for wine lovers,there is a liquor shop 100mts from this property. the rooms were daily cleaned but the bathrooms smelled of sewer gases. the rooms are well maintained and i had a wonderful stay.

The property is well built and the apartments are spacious. We enjoyed our stay. On our next visit, we wish to stay at Lumis only. It is well connected and has good service. It is suggested to start food services also at the property.

I stayed at LUMIS Studio Apartment, Begumpet for 4 days and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The images of the room do not lie — the place looks exactly like the pictures, if not even better in person. The apartment truly felt like home; every time I came back, it gave me that warm and comfortable vibe of returning to my own place. The stay was smooth from start to finish, with no issues at all throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable stay in Begumpet.
Extremely Disappointing Stay
I travel frequently for work and rely on hotels to provide at least the basics: cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property failed at every level. The staff at reception were unhelpful and disinterested. The room assigned was far below standard—unclean sheets, a persistent damp smell, and broken amenities (WiFi barely worked, air-conditioning was noisy and ineffective). As a business traveller, stable internet is non-negotiable, and I was unable to complete important calls and meetings. Breakfast was poorly managed, with limited options, unhygienic presentation, and staff who seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Instead of providing convenience and comfort, this stay caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my work schedule. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and inadequate facilities make it one of the worst experiences I’ve had on the road. Would strongly advise others to avoid.

poor maintenance, dusty room's, broken shower head's, leaking comode, served water in fungi formed glass bottles, maintenance has abruptly dropped compared to my stay a month before.
