Tv and ac not workings properly

Excellent and good service rooms are very clean

I would not recommend this place for a stay. You will better options. The care taker was aloof. When we reached, a person asked if we have booking, on affirmation he said ok and just looked aloof. When we asked will you checking. He said he is not receptionist and told receptionist of out for something. After waiting for some time. We had to ask him to call the reception. It did not end there. The care taker behaved as if he was doing favour for every question we asked and sometimes did not even bother to reply. I would not book this place again

Pros: 1. Spacious and clean room 2. Reasonable price 3. Good location 4. Comfortable bed and sofa 5. Tv and wifi facility *cons: bad experience about* 1. Non cooperative staff 2. Worst breakfast. 3. They did not supply glasses and cups for drinking water and tea in room. 4. Use of kitchen was permitted but basic utensils like spoons, bowl or plates etc. Were not provided. 5. The bathroom had no stool for sitting (as i had senior citizen with me, it was necessary)

Overall stay - average can survive here. Hygiene- average room condition- ok food-average hotel staff- average, need hospitality training. Hotel management dont know how to work for service job needs training to behave with customer.

The room was fine but the service was terrible. Like they would give towels 1 for 2 days. And water 1 bottle per day and they won't give a bottle of water even if extra money is paid. So if someone takes their own towel and water then the stay is fine.

Good stay for family, good location, everything is available with in range, prime location, no disturbance, full security.

Family stay was very comfortable and it safe, enjoyed home away from home. Location covers all near by tourist spot

Property is located in prime area. Accessible to multiple locations. Room was decent, clean and well maintained. We had power trip off on the day of checkin, but the property manager closely followed up and help fix the issue sooner. One minor issue, the fan in executive room is making screechy noise which needs to be fixed and wifi was not working which is not critical for us though. It would have been better experience if some one in the front desk who can speak telugu or english. It's certainly worth the money spent

The worst ever stay i've booked till now they have kept camera in living room kitchen and everywhere i didn't expect this

Not as per rating. No housekeeping poor meals no safety unhygienic no tv no fridge no kitchen no intercom

Staff are good specially ranjeeth he is very friendly and helpful and rooms also very neat and good food also very delicious

The property owner and the staff was very helpful. Everything i asked for was made available on time. I will advice for this.

Ac are not working, poor staff management, poor behaviour will never choose to come here again. No house keeping
