Stay is nice. Room are very clean. Home culture. Care taker Ajit Yadav very polite and humble. He served food nicely and testy. His command on apartment nicely so given good service. Experience of coffee in hall area awasome. I done my office work as like work from home. Location also well aware to take zomato food. Overall good

Clean flat, spacious, clean bathroom, in house cook to prepare tasty food.. Ajit yadav and the other cook prepared nice food for us.. I booked for a day then later extended for 3 days. Best part is in a silent and prime area.

Unfortunately the accommodation that we had booked (attached invoice in this email), was far from what was advertised and the photos online were really misleading. The stairs were smelling like urine, the entry was very dark, the lift system was shocking, the bedroom itself was extremely small! We could barely keep our checked luggage in there, let alone walk around the bed. We struggled communicating online with the host that was there at the time as well. He should have a full copy of the text conversation that he's had with the owner where our ID proofs etc were sent. The whole experience for us was unhygienic and really extremely inconvenient😭. Sadly we couldn't stay there for more than an hour and we didn't even drink water from there. So we left and booked another place immediately (so we don't become stranded) which cost us close to INR 15,000 due to last minute booking. I understand I've gone past the automatic refund date, but since what is advertised isn't what we received, we'll need help with a refund please 🥺, and also because we couldn't have known till we actually got there. As per requirements of the PDF invoice attached, I'm contacting you within 48 hours. We've just been super busy and so I was unable to send the email any earlier. Please help me in receiving this refund from them smoothly and hopefully they don't make it a headache for us. If need be I can provide proof of where we're staying right now (which cost us almost INR 15,000), instead of the initial Luho C7.

Sentence: i stayed for one day, and the room and apartment were neat and clean with a pleasant ambiance. However, i didn’t feel a sense of privacy because the caretaker was constantly monitoring, which made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a great room and definitely worth the price.

It's a hotel room inside an apartment, which is a bit confusing at first. Everything was clean and working (ac, heater, toilet. They offer food and water.

Whether you're on a business trip or a family getaway, this place should be your go-to. I travel frequently, but it's rare to find such a cozy spot. It has a sweet vibe, and the caretaker is amazing. Special thanks to rohit for the great service and sweet breakfast, and apologies for making you wait. Keep up the great work, guys!

Good location, very good apartment. The caretaker was extremely hospitable and helpful. Except for the part that the common part of the house is shared with other guests, it’s a brilliant place to stay at.

The location and ambience is very good. Polite staff, mr. Rohit is really good in attending the customers requirements. Breakfast was great and served fresh with different varieties.
