No room service fan not working no chairs given as shown in your pictures and walls were to dirty and no service

We booked three rooms , all the room were very dirty , there were spider web everywhere even above the bed, the room smell was very bad , there were pigion dirt and smell in the room and balcony, the washroom was very unhygienic and the toilet seat were broken, the blankets were unwashed and teared there were hair in the blanket and bed , even after calling the room service they delayed soo much , Service was very poor, there was no drinking water. The receptionist was very rude, and treated us badly. We did not stay there become of the condition but still we did not even get the refund

The experience of my Vrindavan's Stay was amazing

the room condition was pathetic there was no cleanliness and despite of multiple reminder the staff didnot came to clean the room. the water supply was also not good.

Washroom didnt had lock, toilet seat was broken, there was no space for jet spray we have to keep it on floor. Washroom was smelly when we got there

Room was neat and clean. Host was responsive. Location is also okay. Only 1 issue I found bad smell coming from washroom .

The hotel did not allow to check in. When makemytrip was contacted, they offered alternative accomodation. But despite best efforts they did not confirm. After immense problems at odd hours, i had to make alternative arrangements on my own. I request makemytrip to give refund

Not as expected from mmt. I visited this property yesterday with family. Condition of room was not good and condition of bathroom was even worse and pathetic. Toilet was shaking when we used it and whole bathroom was stinking with bad smell. Blankets were filled bad odour. Even almiras/wardrobe didn't have handles to open. Poor state of affair.

There are not good feeling, i lose money and i checked out within two hour, i thought that's a hotel but there i find some one taken rental studio apartment in residential apartment, aisa jhuta nahi dalna chahiye make my trip par, make my trip wale khud survey karaye ki kaya posion hai waha ki.
