Bad service, showing something and delivering something else MR Shyam very mean person. Poor rooms with full of dust and unrepaired condition

The rooms were not exactly as it is described here, the ACs are not working properly, no wifi and complimentary water services were provided and the bathrooms were not cleaned.

dear thank you for the follow-up. unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. the room conditions were unacceptable: no service provided no tv functionality dirty bedsheets and unhygienic conditions only two towels provided for three people no coffee or tea in the room dirty glasses and poorly maintained environment overall, it and the stay did not meet basic expectations. i would appreciate it if you could address this feedback for future improvements. thank you.. no image.. thank god it was only for one night. i am genuinely disappointed with my recent stay booked through your platform. i fail to understand why such hotels are even listed on makemytrip. the experience was no different from a basic oyo room and did not meet any acceptable standards. no service provided dirty and unhygienic room conditions no tv, limited towels despite three occupants dirty glasses and lack of basic amenities this was far from the quality i sincerely hope you review the quality checks for hotels listed kindly address this issue and ensure better options for your customers. regards, vivekchandra singh
