Hospitable hosts and the most wonderful staff. 5 Stars. From helping pull additional heaters, making a run to pharmacy, changing rooms, trip to hospital, O2 concentrator in the room, food delivered to hospital. None of this was normal and they didn’t make me feel alone even once. Thank you.

Don't ever book the treehouse. We stayed in treehouse 5 & it was infested with day bugs. I understand that there is a large garden besides treehouse, but that is no excuse for my bed & floor to be filled with day bugs - got bitten on my hand multiple times. Also, not able to sit in garden / use balcony -- again due to massive bug infestation all they gave was an all out. They should spend some time on pesticides

This resort is having Tree houses, surrounded by Khumani fruit trees.Sound of chirping birds, running water in small cannals Traditional Ladakhi style reception area, Dining area Good for silent laz stay

We changed our stay from la risha after speading on 2 hours . Cottage was dam hot . Worst property i ever been .

Location a near to airport do convenient, breakfast is good , for winters the tree house becomes too cold specially if no power is there delux rooms r a better option for winters and snowfall

Nice hotel, tree house, neat and clean. Mr. Ttsewang is very supportive. Very comfortable stay. Tree house room were excellent

Stay is good but food is bad. The location and the ambience of the stay is good. Need to improve on the lighting of the rooms.

Hotel property is fine with spacious rooms but the facilities are bad. The geyser was specially bad. Sometimes it threw such hot water that it almost scalded me. Toiletries were not replaced as part of room service. The tv didn't have star sports and i couldn't watch the ind vs sa t20i world cup final. Staff were new and not very helpful. Being a wh hotel, i had lot of expectations but none were met. There are lots of better hotel at the same price.

Good vibe amenities are adequate the location is in between airport and leh market both are three km away need to book separate pickup for that rest stay is good

This is a fantastic place to stay! the huts themselves are excellent - very comfortable and well-maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The owner, mr. Motup, and the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable in every way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cozy stay with delicious food. Service was good, rooms clean and surrounding was very peaceful. One can enjoy being away from the city. But the view is not that great since it is surrounded by trees.

Resort is decent with helpful staff. Rooms are slightly old and toilet was stinking very badly. They have heaters in the room which was very useful in cold weather. We had stayed in the tree house. Food is good and they provide both veg and non-veg options.

The hotel is obsolete, the shower and the taps are horribly maintained. Rooms are very very old accept the property is old but it needs to be mordernised. The service given is good, room service or the bell boys, food is horrible, breakfast & dinner buffet is below par

The property was located a little away from the cluster of hotels so it was perfectly secluded. The service was amazing.
