Review Of Lazy Palm Beach Apartments | Rooms & Pool

Property location is not good. No parking for a car. Not good if you are staying with family. 2 corner rooms at first floor are good for stay. They provided a kitchen but no use, plates and cutlery are pathetic. Big cockroaches roam around in the room at night so be careful if you are sleeping on the ground as a extra guest.

Perfect place for stay in budget, candilom beach is near market is near from this property and pool was clean.

The lazy palm beach apartment is excellent place near candolim beach. The amenities are really good and available all the time during the stay. Here staff is excellent, cooperative and friendly. It is a good place to stay with family and friends within walking distance of the candolim beach.

Location is very nice, decent property with clean pool. We stayed with family and we enjoyed our stay. Caretaker is very nice person.

Location: property is near to the beach. Candolim beach is at a walkable distance. Rooms: rooms are spacious. There is a hall as well. Surrounding: there are a lot of dragon flies outside at the entrance of the apartment due to the nearby water body. Food: you can have food from nearby restaurants which are at walking distance.

Location was near the beach, basic facilities available however the only issue is near by water cleanliness.

Overall ambiance was good, but the room had very damp smell. There is a drain/pond in front of the property because of which there are a lot of mosquitos. Vibe killer

Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Hoy water was also available. So would recommend for people who want a place to sleep and freshen up and spend more time outdoors. The best part was location as it was close to the beach and restaurants. Not recommended for people who want to spend more time just in the resort as there is nothing much to do other than a pool which again does not have a kids pool.

Pathetic experience. Never book this stay. Simply waste of money. The price charged is very high as per the services. We booked a sea view apartment but there was no view or balcony. No toiletries or water bottle provided as per the services. There are many nice hotels and stays in the same place with nice rooms and views. We had already paid it hence couldn't cancel.

Clean room, clean swimming pool, greenery near rooms and good and polite behaviour from staff. Best part is walkable distance from beach. 1 less star is for - a) hot water was not coming in early morning. B) there is no sea view from room, as mentioned in makemytrip app. 1 small pond is there at entrance, which is not clean. Overall good stay and liked this place.

Awesome stay 🤩 Caretaker was Superb Cool🥳 He helped us a lot during the entire stay and especially for early check-in. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Recommended for all (bachelor's, friends, Couple and family). Overall experience is fantastic🤩

Property is beautiful & in peace area. It’s worth the price. We booked for 5 days, Had awesome stay, & also enjoyed in pool. 5 mins walk to Candolim beach 🏝️ caretaker is good

They took good care us. Everything was as mentioned, i would say even better. Walking distance to beach with a nice pool made the stay more enjoyable.

Good locality beaches are very nearby transport available and facility is good just there is a network issue over a place other wise all things are good
