Specifically: 1. The TV was not working. 2. The air conditioner lacked a remote, making it unusable. 3. The bathrooms were in an unhygienic and unacceptable condition. 4. No water bottles were provided, despite being listed as an additional chargeable amenity. 5. The overall condition of the hotel was far below the promised standards. 6. There was no response or support from the hotel reception, adding to the frustration. I had booked this accommodation expecting the facilities as advertised, but the actual experience was far from what was promised. This is not only a breach of trust but also a misrepresentation of services. Given the horrific experience and the lack of basic provisions, I kindly request a full refund of the booking amount.
