Review Of HOTEL ML GRAND

I was sold an executive room but put in a deluxe room on arrival. MMT promised to give me a credit which I am still waiting for.

Had a pleasant stay at ML Grand, Warangal. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the service was excellent. Great location and value for money – highly recommended!

Stay was good with spacious rooms . Location is excellent with public transport accessible just outside. There is no restaurant for this hotel and the breakfast supplied is pretty average.

Property is new and good. There is no common dining area for breakfast. It is served in the room with only 2 to 3 food options like dosa, vada and idly with tea or coffee. The location is okay but due to an ongoing road construction, all vehicles need to make a detour of 2-3 kms inside small lane and by-lanes. Some times it is difficult to get cabs like ola/ rapido. It is very difficult to communicate hotel staffs including the front desk as hardly any of them understand english or hindi.

Good and spacious rooms, neat and we'll maintained facility. Can rate 9 out of 10 for this property

Myself along with my children had stayed for a day at ML Grand,Hanamakonda.Hospitality,Maintenance and room service is excellent

We are not satisfied the way they given for us, we didn’t got tiffin on time, they have taken extra amount for room service and we didn’t got bill for that

Hotel service was poor and ac was not working properly. They don't have dinning section brake fast service was very slow. Only a good thing is hotel was neet.

Decent business hotel - 3 star. Morning buffet was good. Neat & clean rooms. Good parking facility. Staff were helpful.

Very good but i am entered in hotel around 3pm but next day vacate time only 11am normal any hotel check-in to check-out timing 23 hrs but this mmt bookings customer any time we check-in but next check-out @11am this was very bad experience

We booked an executive room the room was neat and good. It was a decent stay and room service was good

Pros -room was clean and spacious -bathroom was also clean -breakfast is not buffet, you just get in room from 2 choices -location is good, in the middle of market cons -parking is less and quite unclean. If there are events in the 2 banquet halls in the bulding, you wont get in b1 and b2 would be worst

Its a floor in a shopping mall. Room assigned was without windows. Though of large size rooms, its clear that it was a floor in a shopping complex made into a hotel! they own the restaurant a floor below, which is an advantage with ok food in huge portions! the pics posted are ruins at warangal fort, which are extraordinary. There was nothing worth taking pics of the hotel!

The hotel is not worth staying resturant is suitable only for drinks service and assistance is good
