Recieved confirmation from make-my trip, but after reaching hotel at 11 pm hotel team saying they have not accepted the mm t request which is sudden surprise at night 11 we do-not have any other option other than check-in into hotel. Worst bathrooms, no pillows, no water bottle.

I am staying in this hotel for 3 days but here on one day they were not giving soap nor water bottle. The floor was not cleaned properly. There is led tv. There is no wifi in it and the room is completely dirty, very bad bed experience. Everything is broken from all sides, even ac does not work.

The hotel is okay mid range. The staff (reception/owner) behaves very rudely. Hygiene is below par i can say in lenin and all others. Overall they should improve lenin and reception or owner staff behaviour. Maintanence also okay but can be improved a lot.

familywe stayed here while in transit to Vizag. good to spend a night but mismanagement is evident. there is no restaurant in hotel. though I booked room room along with breakfast, they served me a dosa from nearby tiffin center. cleanliness could have been better. water scale marks were visible in bathroom. some components were rusted too.
