Worst hotel, No safety, Poor service and careless staff. Blacklist it so other ca not suffer.

Hospitality is good, but need to be provided water as well on complimentary which is minimum requirement

No water bottle provided small room only they provided for two adults no breakfast included

Housekeeping not maintained well and poor room service and hygiene, only requirement based room cleaning is going on

No breakfast from this hotel for mm t booking even if you pay also. They will bring breakfast from outside of hotel for non mm t booking. And they will not keep any water in side of room, when i asked they replied we will provide if you ask no hospitaliy

They've mentioned drinking water and tv facility. Whereas the room which allocated to me doesn't have tv remote to operate. Also they've not provided the water when asked saying that they don't offer any complimentary water bottle. Also the difference of tariff is very huge between the hotel price and the mm t price. The offline person paid for the same kind of room with breakfast for 2300, whereas i've been charged without breakfast with 3200.

Not worth the price you have charged. (make my trip) the real price is much low. Food is average car parking is worst staff very courteous

Located in centre of town. Food is extremely spicy with limited options. The amenities and services were very dull. Had to keep on reminding them to provide a tissue roll but they couldn't. Room prices are expensive considering the amount they charge versus the service they provide.

Reception was poor. While booking we booked and paid for 3 sharing but they were so many times informing that complimentary breakfast is only for 2 members. This I felt very bad . I will never recommend anyone.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Not worth as per price

Accommodation was decent, considering the location and type of town. Food options need improvement as not many options are available in breakfast and lunch. Property should focus on the taste aspect of the food served for the guests.

Our stay at mamatha inn was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Food was good too. They were very generous in ensuring they take our order over phone when our bus was late/we were getting late at the event at suryapet and served it fresh in the room even at odd hours

Room and bathroom are clean. Some issues were solved with room change. Big room with lot of space to put luggage, pity no outside wiew from the window. Very kind manager at reception.

On my way to an early flight at hyd airport, i stayed here and it was fine. Clean and comfy room, excellent staff.

Room was clean, floors were very slippery please watch out. the bathroom was tiny with no doors at the bath area so if you take shower the whole bathroom gets wet. car parking is at a property away from hotel. apparantly every person is looking for a trip evening with almost no work ☺️the hotel didn't provide any complimetry mineral water bottle. the booking details did mention mineral water but seems you only pay for that. restaurant food is okay. room service is good.

Hi friends, my advice's pl. Stay this hotel at suryapet this is the best hotel and reception staff was good support and room service was good excellent human beings of the total staff and i am informing one thing that hotel owners receiving to good his such a great person his name is mr. Vamsi. Best of luck sir
