Worst service..they are providing towels with all holes and rooms are dirty

unhygienic, poor reception, washrooms no flush, cockroaches, intercom not working. extremely disappointed

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and there are no good restaurants nearby.Bathrooms are terrible.There is a TV but there is no connection.I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in around 6 pm and there was no water supply at night. We had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. The cupboard doesn't close. For this price range, the service was pretty poor.

A good place for a small family trip, and good customer service. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Service is nice they brought our order to our rooms and didn't ask for tips.

Wash rooms was not good water from the tap or not clean and there is a lot of dust coming out of the tap

I recently had the pleasure of staying at v grand hotel and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, i highly recommend v grand hotel for anyone looking for a positive hostel experience.

Our stay was very short, just for half a day, and our experience was awesome, with the staff taking care of us well. Well maintained property, good ambience and tidy

No body came to clean room. No body came to give the water bottle and toiletries. There no resturant. 17 october night there are some celebrating birthday. There was so much noise. They broke the beer bottles. Banging the door etc.

Washroom were below average, washbasin was soo small, soad was not of good quality. Room was good, ac working good, it was clean, tv working good.

The hotel is not that neat and the washrooms are very small mainly the washbasin is just like a bowl size even the bedsheets are not property maintained and the nearly by hotel there is no proper food
