Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Hotel – Request for Refund Dear, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent hotel booking. The hotel I booked promised the following amenities, as mentioned in your confirmation message: • TV • Telephone • Free Wi-Fi • Bathroom • Chair • Dustbins • Lower Bathroom Sink • Hot & Cold Water • Security • Blanket • Pillows • Mineral Water (additional charge) • Towels • Shower • Safety • Room Service • Western Toilet Seat • Intercom • Housekeeping • Toiletries • Heater • Geyser/Water Heater • Sanitizers • Fan • Air Conditioning • Charging Points • In-room Dining However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that many of these amenities were either non-functional or entirely absent. Specifically: 1. The TV was not working. 2. The air conditioner lacked a remote, making it unusable. 3. The bathrooms were in an unhygienic and unacceptable condition. 4. No water bottles were provided, despite being listed as an additional chargeable amenity. 5. The overall condition of the hotel was far below the promised standards. 6. There was no response or support from the hotel reception, adding to the frustration. I had booked this accommodation expecting the facilities as advertised, but the actual experience was far from what was promised. This is not only a breach of trust but also a misrepresentation of services. Given the horrific experience and the lack of basic provisions, I kindly request a full refund of the booking amount. I have attached photographic evidence to support my claims and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. I urge you to take strict action against the hotel for misrepresentation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Looking forward to your response at the earliest. No hot water facility, television also not working properly. It is recommended to remove those facilities from the listed amenities. Though we paid huge amount around 4k for single night stay, we are feeling very annoyed if these basic amenities are not provided. Please don't promote false promises and amenities to customers. This will bring down mlmakemytrips' reputation.

Easy to locate. Parking issues. Need to provide key to security overnight. Rooms are good, but not clean. Pretty old hotel. My room was newly painted and it was stinking a lot. Beds are not clean.

Management changed and become worst, no proper facilities, staff was so rude, no responsibility towards guests . Waited for 2 hours in hot summer for room. Horrible management of hotel land mark. I never experience this kind of situations past years as i m regular guest since a decade. Its all due to change of management only i beleive and inefficient staff. Minimum courtesy to speak politely with the guest which is leaking with the staff, may be untrained guys. Horrible
