Review Of KUSUM RESORT

Property lacks maintenance and Hygiene. Food is good and staff is helpful. Non veg served only in dinner not in lunch !!! Complimentary Bottled Water not provided in the room. Intercom not working. Dental kit not provided in the room. Overall disappointing experience.

The property is close to khatiya gate. It has very good greenery all around. The rooms were good. The staff was also available round the clock. Overall a good experience.

Hotel staff is helpful and cooperative,

So i like the stay but i don't like the price and also the rooms were not cleaned and pool water was not heated enough the food was also ok nothing good nothing bad. Experience was just below average. That is all hopefully this feedback works for their improvement and other travelers who are planning. That is all thank you
