A very good location, well maintained property with a lot of activities for children. Good food and clean and comfortable rooms Staff were polite and helpful provided quick service.

It was a great stay, and the facilities were awesome especially the food, tea, game zone. The staff were supportive & good.

# location: it is only 3. 5 km from khatiya gate hence very convenient. # rooms : rooms very clean and organized and room service response was also very good. # food : food was very good but cost is a little on the higher side. Only vegetarian options available in the menu, how ever non-veg is also made available with other means which was also decent. # amenities : table tenis, pool table, rain dance, open ground is ok, but swimming pool was pathetic, not at all maintained, however they agreed to clean and said would be ready in a day but even then it was not very clean, had small insects in the pool. # over all : other than swimming pool, we had a great time and staff was supportive.

Not hygienic. Not up to the mark. Poor food quality.

This was my worst experience with hotels, , hotel was not the same showen in the pictures. No ac working. It looks like we had booked some 3rd class hotel at the cost of 3 star hotel. Washrooms are almost like railway station. Staff is just like do whatever you can do, we got money and no one can take it back. Our mobile network was not present to hotel location

It is our bad luck that we had booked a cottage in Kanha resort. I want to give negative points but it is not possible to give less than 1 point as poor. Please make sure that the providing the same cottage or room which you had booked during check in itself. My self and my colleague had booked two AC cottages at Kanha resort for one night. I had booked through Makemytrip. Unfortunately we reached at the resort around 11:15 hours at night. During our journey to Kanha resort we had tried to call them on their number but was not connected. Later on after reaching the resort we came to know that the phone was dead. We had allotted non AC standard rooms no 103 & 104. On next day we had a jungle safari and our family members including children are already slept in car during the journey. Hence on next day when we had asked them about why not allotted the AC cottages they are ready to give reimbursement of Rs 200 for each room & breakfast which we had not accepted and asked for the full reimbursement. Mr Vasant Soni, Introduce himself as manager who has refused to give the suggestion/remark register at resort in which we want to put the remark about not providing the AC cottages.

I had booked AC cottage but hotel had provided us room. When we had complained about the same, Manager had given very bad response. Very bad service. Cleanliness was average. Disappointing stay at Kanha Resort. I am not satisfied with the service quality.

When we reach there the said we have no rooms... And our net is off so we don't get any notification from Makemytrip... At last we have no choice so we adjust in one room 6 person hopeless service and Makemytrip is responsible for that... I will never used MMT.

Nice hotel to stay but washroom should be more clean... Hotel management is nice.. As suggestion... Washroom and water in washroom should be good, Wi-Fi and intercom should be there... Overall good experience... Resort looks very promising and might improve in future.

Value for money is excellent. The service, facilities and cleanliness is excellent. Food is also good as well as service is also good. High recommendation for family and couples with average budget. Enjoy at Kanha resort gram mocha and enjoy the nature beauty. Enjoy the jungle safari

3 out of 4 people suffered from food poisoning. Food was not good at all. Highly recommended not to go for hotels food. Rest facility and services were good. Locations was good as well. Not far from the actual siting place. Good to stay at the resort. But I give it an average rating for the food quality.

The location of hotel is little bit away from kisli gate where you will have to go for jungle safari. The staff is very cooperative but they lack professional touch. They served us tea early morning 0500 am on the first day but forgot to do so on next morning. The intercom was not working. Food is very good. When you stay in this location you don't have any other option for eating out. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking forward for a peaceful holiday.

While reached resort service person is ready with drinking water. Excellent. While morning at 4. 30 breakfast is ready during jungle safari. Fantastic. Home service is always available. One thing is very necessary that is drivers rest room.

Value for money staff is good and helping nice location but no phones in rooms. AC non AC rooms are same no difference. Overall good experience lots of space they have it will be good if you go in group

Hotel according to money is not good as compare to others which are available at the time. Other all thing is good but make sure that if guest are paying the amount that much facility be provided to customer.

I liked the location (amidst the jungle) and the overall layout of the resort. It was a nice stay for a couple of days with my family, parents and in-laws. You can enjoy a boat ride, play chess, carrom, enjoy swings with your kids in this resort. The manager was helpful too. The food was also okay (though not great). They serve only veg food. But the hotel doesn't provide some basic facilities like intercom in rooms, free WI-FI in rooms, basic TV channels, etc. Hot water is not available all the time. Make sure to ask the manager in advance regarding boating charges. The thing that I disliked the most was that you have to go to the reception or shout from your cottage for any service that you need. They would arrange gypsies for jungle safari, if one needs so. Overall, it was a good stay.
