1. They promised three bed room but could not offer and took extra money for providing a three bed finally. 2. They could not turn on TV. 3. They could not provide correct WiFi passwords. 4. Food was too much oily. 5. Some of the stuffs are not well trained ,well behaved. 6. Rooms need renovations. 7. All over overpriced for the kind of service you get.

The location of the hotel is unique as it is on the main road with parking facilities. The food quality of the restaurant is excellent and room service is nice. Behaviour of staff is polite and friendly. Besides, the hostel has a lift facility. Rooms are well decorated with all modern amenities.

Delux AC room was really good but the economy non ac room were not up to the mark .Dam in the wall and normaltoilet was there .For senior citizen persons were staying uncomfortably there.

The hotel is less than a kilometre from Madhupur Jn, a distance which is quite walkable but away from the commotion of the station area. The food that the restaurant serves is delectable. The hotel staff are very polite and responsive. The combination of comfort and convenience makes it a top pick.

1. Overall experience is good 2. But the window AC (split AC was not there) creates a lot of sound. Also there was problem of cooling 3. Per head 500ml complementary sealed water bottle seems to not upto the mark against the charges. 4. Room cleaning is done as per request and more or less the experience is good. But, it seems it is not routine but on user's demand. 5. If you ask / order something in the evening, please inform early as the restaurant is generally very busy at that time

I recently stayed at this hotel and i can say it was a good experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice designed. We had everything we needed like comfortable beds and clean washroom and amenities. They just need to improve the breakfast timings as it’s bit late to start at 9:00 AM.

Location is in good. Bathroom are not so cleaned. AIR CONDITIONER MACHINE ARE OLD AND PRODUCE HUGE SOUND WHICH DISTURB FOR SLEEP. LIFT IS THERE BUT ITS SWITCH OFF. QUALITY OF FOOD IS NOT SO GOOD BUT THE PRICE IS VERY HIGH. ROOM SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Poor quality of room service and in this winter season geyser of 4 rooms are not working out of 6 rooms we are avail. The decorations of the rooms and hotel are good. The problem is in the basic amenity.

Good hotel for family

Hotel is just 10 15min from station. They provide free pickup by toto from station. Hotel rooms are clean and staffs are cordial and helpful. They also let boarders to access kitchen to make baby foods. Good experience

The location of the hotel was great. The railway station was 3-4 km from the hotel. The food was tasty in the hotel. Services were great here. The room was clean and all the basic amenities were present in the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Good hotel with very poor maintenance

This is a hotel with good outlook, but from switchboard to tv nothing not mentioned properly. The boothroom commode has running water many times thus misuse of water occurs. You can get much better hotels in much low price at Madhapur.
