Location is in good. Bathroom are not so cleaned. AIR CONDITIONER MACHINE ARE OLD AND PRODUCE HUGE SOUND WHICH DISTURB FOR SLEEP. LIFT IS THERE BUT ITS SWITCH OFF. QUALITY OF FOOD IS NOT SO GOOD BUT THE PRICE IS VERY HIGH. ROOM SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Poor quality of room service and in this winter season geyser of 4 rooms are not working out of 6 rooms we are avail. The decorations of the rooms and hotel are good. The problem is in the basic amenity.

Hotel is just 10 15min from station. They provide free pickup by toto from station. Hotel rooms are clean and staffs are cordial and helpful. They also let boarders to access kitchen to make baby foods. Good experience

This is a hotel with good outlook, but from switchboard to tv nothing not mentioned properly. The boothroom commode has running water many times thus misuse of water occurs. You can get much better hotels in much low price at Madhapur.

Terrible stay with no alternative source of electricity

I booked room for my team members going to stay Madhupur for two days. The first problem is the hotel is far from the station considering the small size of Madhupur town and the most terrible service is electricity. There is no alternative source of electricity used during the stay. In this peak summer we faced no electricity, no fan was there in room. It was a very terrible experience for my team mates

Bad service experience ..

T was my transit stay, I was suppose to check in late evening. It was tough to get connected to the provided number, anyway informed the reception about my possible arrival time. It tool them more half an hour to provide me with the room. Waited for toiletries for another 20 minutes before I went personally to get it from house keeping. Location of out of market and far from railway station keeping the size of town in view. Response of reception and room service was very poor.
