Review Of Kumaon Roop Resort

Everything is good, if u don’t have booked or own vehicle then it will be give big trouble for u. Very peaceful place.

We have terrible experience in this resort. 1st they gave us room where people had peaked all over one wall. 2nd room which they gave had broken washroom. 3rd room, loghut where we stayed and which had multiple problems. > We had rats in room. > Had spiders in quilts. > Furniture was very old and broken. > No storage to keep cloths. > temperature was 7•c and no heater available.

Food quality and taste wise too good. Staff beaver excellent. Focus on deep cleaning of the room. Other things good.

Not so good

Q stayed here for a night as we’re on a longer trip. I had informed by calling at the hotel number around 4.00 pm that we will be reaching late around 11.30 pm and to keep our room ready. When we reschedule the reception was empty, we called on all the numbers to get somebody to help us for checkin and after our efforts one number got picked up. The person said he is arranging for someone to come to the reception. When we entered our room, the bed sheets were on a pathetic state, we asked them to change so took us to an another room where same issue was there, they replied this is how it comes from laundry , there were clear marks of dirt and patches so when we refused they took us to another room where there was a strong cigarette smell so we again refused. Then they took us took us to the original room and brought new set of linen however to add to my surprise what they claim as fresh linen that too was filthy and put one can’t sleep on the same. However as they said this is what is available we rested on the same dirty linen by utilizing only half of the space from where it was a little clean

Beautiful location and very clear n good resort Staff is very cooperative Food is also very good Best place to stay

Property is very good and well mentioned. Staff is very supportive. They are just call away from you.

After a vry long time ,I found a nice property to stay, owner of the property Harmeet ji is avry genuine person,always ready to help you out of the box,Manager Maneesh ji is vry polite,soft spoken and available 24*7... house keeping staff is on time,rooms and washrooms are clean,food was served hot and on time,Room service staff Kamal is very supportive....bed sheets were vry clean ... service was on time...aftr a vry long I found a vry nice property in Hilly areas,a must place..for family and friends Thanks a lot,Harmeet ji,Maneesh JI and Kamal for all your support... Hospitality 10/10☺️☺️

Very poor hotel not worth

The hotel is right on the main road so easily accessible - the rooms are very nice and each one has a balcony with a grand view. Service is excellent - you can order what you like - we had chicken curry at night it was delicious - there are few cottages too where a family can stay - just a minute walk from the hotel is a cute little cafe run by mother and daughter - the wildflower cafe - lovely continental food - sandwiches pizza ect with a good crowd - will definitely come here again with my kids. Height is 7000 ft and fresh oxygen air and forests all around - it’s a quaint hotel with wooden floors and the owner was very hospitable
