Whatever was promised was delivered 100. Neat room, aircon quality best. Amazing hot food. Breakfast was cooked right away after my order & delivered fresh & hot. Very satisfying stay.

Poor Stay

It was overpriced for the kind of service they provided. In high aount, they did not even give me a bottle of water. When I asked asked they said it wasn’t complementary. Wifi network wasn’t strong enough. It felt like a lodge. People drinking in the restaurant with shady lights. I couldn’t sleep at all. The sheets were stinking and itchy.

Dear guest, no where we have mentioned that we do provide complementary water bottles. It is not a govt. Notification/law. You are at your own discretion regarding your assumptions and expectations for same. Wifi network is a complementary facility and subject to availability. We do not have our own satellite and/or server which downloads the data packs/link. We have opted for local Broadbank internet service provider. Ours is a bar restaurant lodge, people like to have their drink while sitting under dim lighting so you shouldn't be having any kind of personal problem with that. We have our own separate pure veg dining area which is well lit with the bright warm white led light panels. Sheets are washed and replaced regularly at our own in house laundry facility. A disaster stay

This stay was the most pathetic stay in my life. There was no light in bathroom, no hot water in bathroom had requested them to provide hot water to us. The night watchman was terrible when we asked if they have any facility for driver to sleep then watchman replied he don't sleep than why driver to sleep. No value for money at all.

Sir, The bathroom light was working during your overnight stay with us. You forgot to switch on the switch button located near the main door of your room. Hot water timings are 6 am till 9 am only. Same is mentioned at the reception in readable big letters. We have not mentioned anywhere on MMT that we do provide the complementary driver accommodation so I/WE feel you shouldn't have asked the same query to our watchman who is not aware of the driver accommodation status. In the morning your driver had a bath in the guest room in which you stayed and visitors are not allowed in the room in not only our hotel but in all the hotels. This is a standard hotel industry policy that is why the driver is not permitted in the guest at the hotel but still, we did not bother you over this aspect/criteria. In the morning at the time of check out, your colleague who stays along with you in your room with us complained about the bottled water being charged extra. That would be all. I/WE hope not to see you again at our hotel as you are a hopeless customer/gust for us.

Terrible hotel to stay with family. Room is too much compact. Swimming pool, spa, gym nothing working. On request they gave access to indoor games, but that was pathetic equipment

In fact it's not resort, it's a one building hotel. No lift working for 3rd floor. No service, if they provide on request 100 times. They charge for coming once. Food was good.

businessRoom was specious and clean. AC was not working properly. Sound of LED TV is corrupted. Room service was not available. Lift was not working in night. WiFi service is not provided by hotel. In breakfast only idli sambhar and tea was available. Over all very average stay was there.

Dear guest, thank you very much. We shall definitely improve. The lift is shut down during night after 12 midnight until 6 am in the morning. Wifi service is available but due to ongoing Mumbai Goa highway four lane Road widening work the internet service remains down intermittently. We are very sorry and do accept the fact that we do provide only idli sambhar and tea due to cost effective quote on company and we cant afford to provide buffet and varied breakfast. Hope to have you back again with us on the next visit to Mahad, Raigad.
