Special thanks to Mr.Rathore GM koothwl kothi , who made our stay memorable and  relaxed . I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all modern amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The food was fresh ,and tasty . The location was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and elegant.  A special thanks to Mr.Rathore ( GM Koothwal kothi) and to hia  staff for making the stay so pleasant — their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort really stood out. Location is good and safe to reach if you won't take market area. Food was fresh and excellent. you can face hot water issue but during summer it won't be a problem. Room service needs improvisation.

The best part of the hotel is service. Everyone was so nice, whether it was offering lunch when we reached late, helping us plan a visit to havelis, showing us the koolwal haveli across the street. The food was ordinary but served with love. For this reason, i would give 4. 5 out of 5 if there was such an option.

Overall experience was very good. Massive changes have been brought in by new management. Food was also very good and staffs were very cooperative.

Best place to live. Very loving and caring staff Just want to say that we should try once and visit this heritage place where we can see the amazing old artitectute building. Best food quality.

Luxury at its best. We went there with family to explore heritage of kothis. Location is bit interior but worth staying as they provide you guided tour of kilowatt kothi. Food quality is good. They provide you Jain food if asked. Overall good stay

It was a wonderful stay. The ambience was Royal and the services ware really good and fast. The campus and rooms were clean and beautiful. The food and drink are excellent. I would always like to see Nawalgar again and will stay in kilowatt Kothi.

Great amazing heritage hotel with a nice clean swimming pool. Staff very cooperative. Value for money big spacious room and washroom. Greenery all around. Comfortable stay. Good view one of the best hotel here.
