Review Of KipStay Coffea Cove | Rooms in a Homestay

Stay was very joyful. My family enjoyed the hospitality, weather, food. You can feel the warmth of the house and nothing can get better that this relive your memory of an ancestral home.

Rooms and laundry not very clean. The rooms are little shabby. Better room service needed

Enjoy your trip, don't worry about the track, once you reach there, you will enjoy, keep everything with yourself as the market is quite far

I would especially like to thank the property host for his assistance when our car became bogged in the mud. Regarding the kipstay facility, the atmosphere is antique, and parking is plentiful. Finally, we adored the accomodation.

It was a wonderful little experience. The view of the home with the backdrop was amazing. Food was homely and it was a calm and quiet place. Something that i cherish over a crowded, roadside stay

The stay was ad-mist coffee plantations - very calm and serene. The rooms are clean and also the food was available on prior intimation

Visited this place in october. The property is beautiful! and surrounded by mountains and trees on all sides. The dining experience is beautiful with waking up to a foggy valley view and having delicious breakfast. And special mention for jolly the dog who is sure to melt your heart! the hosts are very warm and take great care of the guests.

It was a lovely and peaceful staying. Nithin and his family take care of everything. They are very helpful amd nice people. They also take you to their coffee plantation. The view is great. Whenever i will visit chikkamagaluru, i would love to stay there again.

It was average stay but admit it was middle of nature's lap. They are least bother to maintain the property. Owner was super helpful but other staff was not that helpful. Might be language barrier. They don't own food dependent on vendor.

Kip-stay exceeded all expectations! the homestay offered exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. From cozy rooms to delicious homemade breakfast, every detail was impeccable. The hosts were incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend kip-stay for an excellent homestay experience.

Location is good. Food is also great. Property is not so great. Very average and basic amenities. Common areas not well maintained. Will not give you a vacation feeling.

Location is epic. In the middle of a coffee estate. The owner also took us to visit the estate and explained the coffee making process. Food was excellent. It's exactly what you need if u need a break from your busy corporate life. Highly recommended.

Home stay is peace and claim. Location is good, it's not in town but not very far too. The caretaker is very kind and prepares yummy foods. Breakfast and dinner prepared by him were delicious. Rooms are okay. Balcony view is good. We enjoyed a bonfire too

Nice place to stay, the rooms are clean & the toilet is hygen, room service is good and you will have hot water 25 hr, regarding food we need to inform the ealer to get prepared and price will be little high, if group of 6 + going you can buy it at city start-es you can order here, overall all good

Very good property in terms of peace and quiet. Location is good, it's not in city center but not very far too. The caretaker is very kind and prepares yummy food. Breakfast and dinner prepared by him were delicious. Rooms are good, just that the bathroom doesn't have ventilation so once it becomes wet, it doesn't dry and feels moldy. Also, they definitely need to have something more to offer to make it value for money. Paying for 2 people cannot just be about the location, peace and quiet and the fact that it's surrounded by coffee plantations. Some more inclusions, activities have to be added. I have stayed in much better homestays in terms of interiors

Worst kind of room, with no basic necessities like tv. Not recommended at all 😕 Limited options of food.

This property location is really nice place. To stay. Its inside the coffee cove. Room was quite big. Services were great by manu (caretaker) & her wife. They were really courteous & helpful. Nithin (owner) is very humble and courteous too. He showed his coffee plant area and explained about the processes. Food was really tasty & home made. We enjoyed a lot. Coffee was really tasty and rejuvenated. Wifi was also good. I did some work and there was no issue regarding connectivity. Only demerit thing is the room is slightly smelling. I had to ask for room freshener. I suggest if owner can put one air purifier at the room will be helpful.

Good property inside a coffee estate. You can spend time just walking inside the estate and experiencing nature. Food served was very good and prices were reasonable in my opinion. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There were few damp patches in the room walls though. Entry to the homestay is through the coffee plantation which is a narrow road. Overall a very good stay. Ample parking space available.

We stayed here for a day. The location of the property is good but the service was pretty average. We were expecting good hospitality when we arrived but it was disappointing. Dinner was not worth. Breakfast is complementary but it was even more disappointing with only dosa provided. We had to insist if there are other options but the caretaker/ cook was too rude for campfire they asked 500. Rs extra. Which is mostly complimentary at homestays we have stayed in chickmanguluru. Overall an average stay and not worth the hype.
