Review Of KALAPANI BEACH RESORT

It is not fit for gentle couple or family.

Room was really small. Big spiders were there in washroom and was not clean.

We booked for a 3 member room and we got very small room with a bed which can accommodate only 2 persons. There is no space to put 3 rd bed. Please remove additional bed option as there is no space.

The location was very peaceful. The room was very dirty, with kind of cheap and old products. Felt that the washroom and room were very small.

Very worst stay. Very rudely behaved staff they have. After a lot of negotiation for 1 hour approx they gave us a room which was full of spiders. Not at all value for money.

In the price charged it was very nice and comfortable. Loved the stay experience I had here.

Nice Beach Resort and good management.

Resort is quiet and peaceful. Owner is very kind and generous. Immediately next to Ramnagar beach. It is 2 km from jetty.

Middle of the Island, equal distance from Laxmanpur Beach sunset point and Sitapur Beach sunrise point.

I booked this 'hotel' online at the rate of R2490. When I arrived I discovered that everybody there was paying R2000. The most the premises are allowed to charge by law in the high season is R1200. They simply do not have the accommodation to warrant such a high price. The owners did nothing to help me and blamed makemytrip for the error. After speaking to makemytrip I learned that the 'hotel' set the online rate. After speaking again to the hotel manager he told me it was my fault. I left immediately refusing to accept the hospitality of someone who was knowingly swindling me. Makemytrip have so far done nothing about it and are partly responsible because, as I learned, they had sent nobody to check the premises and clearly have no protection for their customers.
