VERY BAD VILLA NO HOSPITALITY NOTHING POOR POOL POOR NATURE OF CARE TAKER NO MINIMUM BASIC FACILITY ALSO

2/3 thing r broken in property . pool is not clean also garden is also not clean too much water in garden . services r too delay care taker come after an hour of call

Location is fine. House is not well maintained. Many things are very dirty like kitchen utensils, all drawers in kitchen need to be deep cleaned. One major problem is leaking current in all bathrooms, you will feel the current while taking bath or even while washing hands, there is some problem, so be careful. Outside is fine, grass in garden was growing big and not cut. Looks like this house is cleaned only where your eyes go, all other places very dirty. Ro was not working so owner arranged for bottled water. And then fridge stopped working too. A little more care and maintenance and this place can become much much better.

It was a pleasant and wonderful stay. Our family loved the place. The property is nice and the caretaker is also polite, he will help you whenever needed. I travel-led with my pet and it was fun for him to explore the open property and play in garden area. A word of caution. Avoid going during monsoons as the location is in the outer udaipur and there will be powercuts.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. As i was travel-ling with a 4 yr old kid and pets, i wanted a private space with some open area. This has everything - a spacious lawn, a private pool, boon fire. At a very reasonable price. Everything from rations to snacks was stocked in kitchen. Mr. Niraj is a very warm host and he takes care of even the smallest of requests. If you are traveling with pets, this is one of the best places! the place is on the highway from mumbai to delhi, so its better to have a private vehicle.

This is the finest place i have ever been hygienic, paecefull, calm, socially distanced a beautiful place to visit.

Everything was clean and sanitized
