Heritage Haveli | Rooms in a Homestay

Service was very bad. An immature boy is the manager who talks about a lot and does nothhing. The rooms were not clean properly. The geyser was not working fine. They were looking for the remote of ac after we checked in. Everything we will have to remind them. Prices were law but one can find comparatively better if they go offline.

Great & Hotel Staff was very much interactive, funny & helpful. Great Experience ❣️❣️

We did not get standard room as we booked and paid they provided us Spair room, celling fan was not available they provided table fan.

Not accessible by four wheeler. No facilities including tv. Other structures in room also broken. No provision for food.

Only location was good, otherwise there service is pathetic, quilts are dirty, washroom is not cleaned. If you are planning for book this hotel just cancel-led it, buy your own stuff and sleep in footpath.

It was worst hotel i have ever visited. We moved out of the room within 5 mins of checking-in. Linens were dirty, washroom was in horrible condition and the room was full of dirt. It was total waste of money.

Its horrible experience i think its my last stay after complain not replying. Very bad experince. This rooms were so bad. Bathtoom toilet seat was broken no will is taking responsiblity. No facility to change room hotel If u want i can share pics of the room also. All around rats where moving

Helpful staff and good services. Rooms are very clean and the decoration is up to the mark. Overall i was satisfied with the facilities provided.

The room photos shown in the hotel details and the room allotted to me, were worlds apart. After i was allotted the room, i complained to the hotel operators, but i was told that i will have to pay extra 300- for the room shown. Utterly disappointed.

Good place to visit with family or couple nice to stay near lake pichola you should be taking room near lake pichola it is nearby

The owner was good but the rooms are not the same as shown in the images. They are very small and have no ventilation.

It's much better for staying since some tourist places are very nearby, can be visited by foot. It's like a home for staying. Rooms were clean, basic facilities were available. For single as well as for family stay, it is good.

Hotel room and toilet not good all water linkage light gone some time the hotel like poor quality i m not recommended any one

Aw-sum place to stay at udaipur

Though location wise good, room size too small and staircase very narrow & stiff this trouble some for visitors staying upstairs.
