Terrible stay, harrasing service

The property is nowhere close to what was set as an expectation. From no electricity to no water, from no ac to no acknowledgment of customer issues. My stay got terrible and it was terribly traumatic and i got severely ill due to the unbearable experiences i had. There was no electricity and water on day one for 2 hours. Bed was full of insects, it was 1 bhk, not 2, i had to talk to your executives at night 3 for around 2 hours.
