Extremely unhygienic and broken property

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. From the moment I stepped in, I had an eerie feeling, and it only got worse. The entire place felt abandoned, as if it hadn’t been maintained in years. The atmosphere was downright creepy To make things worse, there was NO drinking water provided—not even a basic bottle in the room! No amenities whatsoever. It felt like I was stranded in some haunted house rather than a functioning hotel. The staff was nowhere to be found. If you value your peace of mind, comfort, and even your safety, avoid this place at all costs!

This was hands down the worst experience we've ever had at a villa. If you're thinking of booking this place, DON’T! Here’s a breakdown of everything that was absolutely terrible: Pool? More like a Filthy Tank! Calling it a pool is an insult to actual pools. It was nothing more than a disgusting water tank—dirty, unclean, and completely unusable. The filter barely worked, and every morning, we had to fish out dead frogs. One day, we came back to find a rat floating in it! Kitchen Disaster The so-called kitchen was a complete joke. No proper cooktop—just some outdated commercial cooking stove. There were zero utensils, no cleaning cloths, and the entire setup looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. Beds and Linen? Infested! The beds were filthy and crawling with bugs. The so-called linen storage was even worse—filled with termites. Sleeping in this villa felt like staying in an abandoned, infested warehouse. Pathetic Management The WiFi wasn’t working, and they had no clue how to fix it. We had to recharge it ourselves just to get basic connectivity! No drinking water was provided. When we complained, they dumped a 20-liter can without a dispenser and expected us to figure it out. No housekeeping. No cleaning arrangements. Just pure negligence. Rude Staff & Scammy Owners The caretaker, Mr. Kapil Yadav, was beyond rude—bad attitude, foul-mouthed, and completely unprofessional. It’s obvious this place is being mismanaged by people who don’t even live in Goa. This is the kind of scam that ruins Goan hospitality! Final Verdict: Stay Away! This villa should not be allowed to operate. It’s a filthy, mismanaged scam that’s just looting tourists. Do yourself a favor—book somewhere else!

Disgusting. Hotel

Its expectation vs reality, the toilet was not clean. The bucket was full of paint. Paints of the room where not proper, water leakage.

Worst experience ever, paid so much money No proper basic facility of glass plate and gas etc which is generally provided in the home stay. Full of durst and house actually looks like abounded from outside as well as outside. No safety as there is no lock to the door from inside. Very dangerous and scary to leave. Property owner does not agree for cancellation nor gives any kind of aminities mentioned. There is no parking space also. There is only 2 washroom for 4 rooms and not maintained. There is no privacy as doors of the washroom are broken. There is no service at the house and caretaker does not stay here nor cleans the house. Curtains are not washed, walls have water leakage marks and a dirty smell near the pool to due to drainage water flow near it. Never book this villa

We travel-led as a group. The owner and the caretaker both were very amazing and supportive. The swimming pool was cleaned and the property was amazing located at a very peace area. Had issues with washrooms, but managed to pull it up. Overall a peaceful stay it was.

Bachelor can a commidate for low cost. Average room types. Old building. Swimming pool very small like a big tub 10x15x4.
