Poor Stay

experience was not good. room was too small for two person and jet spray also not working morning water didn't coming and you can't get hot water in this hotel.

Not for the light heart-ed please.

First up. I do not provide bad reviews as a matter of principle. If the stay is ok. Then i leave a good rating. I reached the property (since location is far away) around 11 pm at night. Check in took forever as one person called another, who in turn called the incharge (supposedly the owner i guess. Not sure. They pleaded ignorance of the booking; asked me to show the cost of booking ( in addition to show the booking) multiple time. After the confirmation, the checkin happened. Problem 2: surprise surprise. They took me to the back side of the building. Literally looking like a backyard of unduly place. Opened the crash gate and took me in. Problem 3: imagine after wasting time. I had to walk two floors ( no lift. Yes, you heard, lift is non functional, finally to the room, exhausted and panting. Problem 4: i was woken up from sleep after an hour and demanded to share my booking on whatsapp. screwing my sleep for some more time. Problem 5: i was locked up literally, when i woke up around 6:15 am. No way out. Had to call a few people and wake them up and they finally opened the gates. I thought the for the money paid (around 1300 inr. I got a better deal near indore bus stand with cosy ambience and with breakfast. The one and only saving grace was the restaurant right below. Btw. The room was average (clean and good. But didn't enjoy much after my adventures here.

Excellent Stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
