Review Of Jaya Villa

A hotel not worth spending 300, forget 3000+. Rude staff, rubbish food, zero facilities, dirty hotel. Washrooms were very dirty, in the name of dinner they had only two things to offer, hotel staff was super rude and zero mannered, they offered me a very small and smelly room and when I refused the staff member argued. Changed my room but still the same. A big no guys, would rather spend the night in my car then going to such a hotel next time. Don’t be fooled my the pics or name Villa, you won’t find anything like that in Jay Villa

Cleanliness was not observed, room was not prepared and presented in unhygienic condition... bathroom mat was wet, toiletry items were not given like soap, shampoo, bodywash, moisturizer , sleepers which is very basic. Wi-fi is not working there since long time and mobile network is extremely weak in that area. Sealed drinking water not provided. Basic tea ,coffee, sugar sache not given. TV is there but no cable and not internet.

I stayed here on 29th jun e 2024 with 4 of my friends. After covering so much distance from faridabad to narkanda, we reached here by 5 pm. At every booking platform the property shows a terrace or balcony as their popular amenities and that was the reason for us to book this property coz of the view from balcony but things were different. By the time we reached there, they allotted balcony rooms to other people and we got two rooms with just a window, no terrace no balcony we requested the owner to change the room as it is not as per the one showed in photos but he was rude by saying that we can leave his property if any issue, he will refund the money as we entered our room, toilet was in worst condition with smell all around the room, room was full of insects of different different types and of big sizes and not only 2 or 3 but 50 + in one room food was average but was served after 1. 5 hour of ordering we cleared all insects by ourselves but still i don't know from where more and more insects were coming in. There were gaps in their celing and i filled them with polybags and aluminium foil so that insects don't come from there. Then we all shifted to one room only as it's condition was better, it had less and small insects as we checked in, we specifically asked them that whether the tv is working or not coz it was the final india vs south africa, at that time he said yes and after that our tv didn't worked at all pathetic property, rude owner, staff was good and polite but services are really really poor please don't book this property at any cost even if you are getting this property at 100 rs. Per room, this property is not worthy you can see insects in photos, we killed them by ourselves in every corner of the room. You can see the actual size of room and we 5 adjusted ourselves in one room

There was no service at the hotel. The room was not clean. They broom-ed the room when we reached and refused to wipe with a mob. No food no mineral water avl. We ordered food at 8, they said the food will be served by 9 but instead served it at 11. The drainage of the washroom was blocked and no electricity in the morning until we checked out of the hotel for 5-6 hrs.

Firstly balcony rooms were not made available to us despite making selection online. Basic amenities were missing like no hot water, limited selection of food for dinner, rooms were stinky. Although the staff was friendly & helpful.

Amazing experience.. staff was so polite and professional.. we got everything.. Wi-Fi parking.. rooms was clean.

Very poor disputed property, as we reached there the hospitality person said property is closed, there won't be any stay here. Worst one can imagine

Property location is good. Limited availability of food items. No hot water. wifi was too slow. poor maintenance of property.

2. Nice stay

The hotel was below basic and lacked basic things likes hot water. When we checked-in, we did not even have basic things like tea bags, glasses in our room. Flush of the washroom stopped working on our 2nd day and we did not get hot water in the shower post our first day despite complaining about it multiple times. The food menu was very limited as well, it wouldn't even be right to call it a "menu, they said we only have 1 option for each meal, rice and dal for lunch and kadhai pane-er with chapati for dinner which was very disappointing. So overall, would never go to this hotel again ever.

1. The location is 10kms away from Narkanda 2. staff is very helpful 3. View is awesome 👌 4. Food was good. but expensive. 5.parking space. 6. Bathroom was good. BUT NO WIFI THAT WAS DISSAPOINT.

Road to reach destination is not good. Views from terrace quite good. Overall area having orchards give good feeling. Staff co operative and humble. Food quality good. T v channels not working needs improvement. Hot water not available as only solar geysers are there. Electric geysers also needed. Overall good holiday resort.

We had a very relaxed weekend with a complete view of the valley… would love to visit in future as well

Not upto the mark. It should be better proper water shortage and we face issues while taking our room as manager denied giving us balcony room.
