I stayed for one night. Food taste was fine but they almost made me miss my train because the took a lot of time to serve breakfast. Tv was not working

The overall experience was good. The room is spacious with one sofa bed in it. Small dining area and a kitchenette with small fridge in it. If you are looking for a budget stay. Surely recommend this property. Don't expect anything extraordinary. It is a good budgeted property at a beautiful location. Zomato and swiggy services are allowed. However there are many restaurants outside and on main roads. Can reach out to that too.

Awesome stay
businessIt was a great experience. Price and amenities are really awesome. Loved the service, rooms, furniture and view from room. I was worried about the parking area but it was managed very well and we didn't have any issue in car parking. Location of this hotel was really helpful for us to travel towards mussoorie and dhanaulti. We came back at night around 2 am and guard opened the main gate in 5 minutes. Comfortable, secure and budget friendly stay. I would really love to stay again upon my next visit.

Review of a hotel
Room was good. However, basic kichnette was not available. Food has to be managed from your side along with plates. Rest everything is good.

Your review and report is much appreciated. F&b is a big challenge as people opt for swiggy & zomato supplies thus making the cafe an uneconomical proposition. However, disposables are available at a minimal cost. Room service enhances the cost of service and maintenance which is at times not recoverable as guests usually are tight on budget.

The rooms were comfortable and large for a single person. Tv ac were all installed and working. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Didn't like the attitude of the caretaker.

There was no drinking water available in our room and when we asked the staff, he said they do not have drinking water.

Terrible Stay
Room was not good. Washroom was not clear. Arrangements were not made. No facilities were provided. No warm water was there. And taps are broken or rusted. Washroom locks are not in good condition. Poor lightening conditions. Only one light bulb was provided

All the staff members were well like manager miss pi-ya and owner of the hotel.
Everyone's way of talking was very good and even more good was the location of the hotel and my hotel experience is also good jasmine residency is one of them, it is difficult to get such good service and room location in such a small amount. Thankyou jasmine residency.
