great resort best day in Jaisalmer Rajasthan.

Facility,aminity,food,service all are average. Not good for family stay. Not worth for money. Hot water is not available for 24hrs. Jeep safari is poor,not valued for money.

Poised between city and desert yet belonging to neither, the resort proved a costly mirage. The promised luxury Swiss tent lacked its pledged air‑cooled grace, forcing a sudden ascent to a Maharaja canopy at a steep levy before arrival. No traditional welcome—only a perfunctory drink in canvas confines—while finer resorts at such tariffs offer true grandeur and desert odysseys. Courteous staff could not disguise the hollow opulence nor the sting of this gilded plunder.

Location is where most of the camps . But seriously stay could have been better . Tents are so so, only one plug point working . No GYSER. Found strange insect crawling at bathroom at night . Door locks are difficult to use . Low maintenance is evident . Dinner was veg but good . Breakfast was average with only poha and stuffed Parathas with Dahi . Cultural program was ordinary . Charged extra Rs. 2200 for desert Jeep Safari although sun set point was included in package . Camel ride was good . Rs. 2200 for Jeep is on higher side with very little thrill driving, specially no drive on Thar Desert. Not value for money .

great stay with jaisalmer desert Resort we are very happy with the stay but we change the room in ac room because of the hotness but our experience is great

We had made this booking two days before check in and they w told very well that this resort is 40 to 35 kms away from Jaisalmer city and they were also very well guided which I liked and it was very good for us.

It is a very nice state, we came here with our friend and our stay was very good, we were treated in a very good way, Jeep Safari camel ridet was very good in which camel Ride was Including in our package

We booked on the same day Jaisalmer Desert Resort on the day we were coming and they have provided us with the best checking , very fast checking, including Camel safari culture Program dinner breakfast snacks and DJ night events are included in our package, so we liked this resort very much, we liked its service very much, their staff here is also very good, very nice, special Priyanshu and Naseer Very nice people, we liked this resort very much and we will come again

the room is dirty, ac not working food is hopeless. totally waste of money. in short don't book this resort

No one at the property location. No response on the contact number given in booking. Had to find out the number of owner/manager from nearby establishment. Someone came after 45 mins of wait to accommodate us in another camp. We paid for something and got something else. Just terrible experience. Never coming back..

Experience was terrible. Bookings were taken for other property but we have been transfered to another location without any prior notice. Lunch was provided from outside hotel which were pathetic. Staff is least concerned about Your stay. Dinner is also average.

We enjoyed the desert safari. Camel riding. And also witnessed the sunrise, it was so beautiful and amusing. The stay was amazing and comfy. We went there in winters, bonfire, cultural dance and live beat. Dj and the food, everything was good. Highly recommended

Unclean rooms, bedsheets were dirty. The beds themselves were unhygienic. There is no heating, so be prepared to get cold at night. I was sincerely worried about my and my wife’s health during the stay. The food was disgusting. Evening snacks were just tea and pakoras that was even served in open buffet style on a small table. Dinner was equally bad. My advice: just save your money and book a camp for 1000-2000 rs than staying at this property. And, there is no hot water available whole day. They provide you with hot water between 7am-9am only (Yes, just two hours). Would not recommend or visit there again.

great stay , staff behaviour is very good. Food is tasty. They are even ready to make arrangements for a single person.
