Review Of Ivy Nirvana

I stayed at IVY Nirvana in Lakhisarai for 3 nights (Room 103, IVY Premium, booked via MMT), and honestly, the experience was way better than I expected. Right from the start, Rahul (the owner) was super helpful. Since it was my first time in Lakhisarai, he patiently answered all my travel and stay-related questions, which made things really easy for me. The check-in was online and smooth—took about 10 minutes before I had my keys. The room was fresh, clean, and well arranged, with towels and toiletries neatly in place. Big shoutout to Durgesh (DK) who took care of literally everything—lodging, food, my comfort, and even arranging a cab for two days of local work. This guy is a one-man Tony Stark with every service up his sleeve. If you need something, you just call DK, and it’s handled. Food was another surprise. Breakfast was complimentary, and I tried parathas, poha, chai, coffee, and even biryani during my stay—all way better than what I imagined I’d get in a hotel. Checkout was smooth too, with bills shared online by Rahul and final payment done quickly via GPay at the counter. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. If I ever visit Lakhisarai again, IVY Nirvana will be my go-to place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, experience was awesome, front office staff was welcoming and professional, checkin process is automated via online forms, no need to submit documents to the front desk. Breakfast was awesome and had healthy options as well Rooms are modern and very well maintained, I appreciate the attention to detail everything from the lighting to the toiletries was thoughtfully chosen.

My experience at Hotel IVY Nirvana, Lakhisarai, was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. The food was not only fresh and flavorful but also artfully presented. The hotel's central location, just a short distance from Lakhisarai railway station, made my stay even more convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to fellow travelers!

We were on couple of days family trip to lakhisarai and were bit concerned about city and hotels, but ivy nirvana delivered beyond our expectations in this remote city. We just never felt anything unpleasant at all and we were enough delighted throughout our stay. Cleanliness, warmth, food, hospitality, behaviour, promptness almost everything surpassed the perfection. Great going ivy nirvana, keep the tempo up. Best wishes.

Ivy nirvana was everything they promised. The staff was friendly, the room was warm and cosy and the facilities upto mark. The owner(or receptionist) or both was a really nice person, always making sure i don't have any problem staying there. Recommended for sure
